Abstract

The current regulation for the methodological educational work of the ministry of Higher Education guides the making of a work with a system approach, with the intention of elaborating proposals to favour the methodological work in the career of medicine of the University in Medical Sciences of Villa Clara. It was carried out by means of a specialized bibliographical revision of the topic, and of an analysis of contents of the documents of the curriculum to identify their difficulties and potentialities. The presence of the career subsystems is verified to facilitate the undertaking of methodological work with a system approach, although the process of curricular implementation has been insufficient before these demands, since a particular attention should be paid to the organization of the career subsystems and its disciplines, as well as to the perfection of the work of the year, without neglecting the potentiality that offers the cycle to establish interdisciplinary staffs.
