Methodological proposal for the education of the clinical method

Abstract

The clinical method is an effective way to know the health problem that may affect a person, nevertheless, in many occasions during the medical practice some of its stages are not accomplished affecting its teaching. That’s why a methodological proposal was elaborated to teach the clinical method taking into account the difficulties found in the different teaching centers. In this research work were combined methods from the qualitative and the quantitative paradigms and it was organized in three stages: diagnosis, elaboration of the product and validation by experts. According to the difficulties found, the proposal of the nominal group, the criterium of experts, the search in documents, and the considerations of the author allowed to design the final product, wich containts indications about the methodological work, teaching activities and methodological orientations to teach them the experts considered the product: pertinent, novel and useful.
