Abstract

Cuba has numerous and valuable labor resources which are currently impacted by demographic and socioeconomic processes that undermine its strengths. The issue of population aging encompasses multiple edges from which one can act in the university context; One of them is to strengthen training work with young human resources. Currently, the management methods and styles used are renewed, so it is required the insertion of new forms of management of this resource, more adapted to the moment and that allow adequate preparation as professionals and managers, capable of guaranteeing the continuity of the achievements and obtaining new results.
