Abstract

Abrupt appearance of the pandemic caused by the new coronavirus has brought profound global social changes in the medical, political, financial and educational order. In higher medical education, the immediate response for most countries has been to encourage distance learning experiences. Through this paper the authors share some notes with the scientific community of the impact of COVID-19 on the teaching process for undergraduate health professional education.
