Abstract

The study searches about the upgrading necessities in the education in values for professors in the Health Technology Faculty. Its objective is to propose a postgraduate professional upgrading system for professors in the student´s education in values. Theoretical and empirical methods are applied. An upgrading system is designed according to the identified regularities in the diagnose, it is flexible, collaborative, with a dynamic character and adjusted to the specific conditions in which the pedagogical process is developed. The consulted specialists standout the necessity, correctness and didactical organization of the system.
